ORDERING

Payment Methods - We currently accept orders through PayPal, the industry leader in secure online transactions. They accept all forms of Credit Cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. If you have a PayPal account, you can also pay with e-checks, money orders, or direct payments.

How To Place an Order- Placing an order is simple:
1. Click on the product(s) you would like to purchase and the size(s).
2. Click the ADD TO CART button.
3. A new window will open which will transfer you directly to PayPal's secure shopping cart. Continue through the cart by entering your shipping information and choosing your payment method. You will be shown your order total with shipping before you complete the purchase.

NOTE When entering your credit card information, please use your EXACT NAME and EXACT BILLING ADDRESS on your credit card. We cannot process your order if these are different.

Problems Ordering- If you are experiencing any problems ordering, most likely it is a problem with your credit card. Please be sure you are using the EXACT NAME and ADDRESS ON YOUR CARD. If a problem still persists, please contact us and we will input your order manually.

SHIPPING

U.S. Shipping and Handling Rates- We ship using UPS. These rates only apply to shipping within the U.S.

Normal U.S. shipping rates are $5.00 for the first shirt no matter your location in the U.S., and varying amounts will be added for additional shirts depending upon what your zip code is and the weight of your order. To calculate your total shipping cost, enter your ZIP code in the requested field at the top of the page OR proceed through the shopping cart. Choose the shirt(s) you would like and enter your shipping information. You will see the total for shipping and the shirts combined BEFORE you are actually charged. Prices are in U.S. dollars. You are shipping total will be shown to you BEFORE your final checkout.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

Sizes, Styles, and Specs- Our shirts are made from the highest quality cotton on the market and are screen printed to ensure minimal damage and a quality look and feel. Our standard T-shirt is our 6.1 ounce Gildan Heavyweight 100% cotton. We do not use iron ons!

RETURNS

Our Return Policy- Here at Tailgatebarn, we guarantee your complete satisfaction. We are happy to give you a full refund provided the shirt(s) you purchased are unworn and unwashed. If you do wish to make a return, we also require it to be made within 30 days of the original purchase. Upon receipt of the return, we will return your payment in full (minus shipping/handling).

PRIVACY POLICY

We ensure that all of your credit card and personal information is highly protected by PayPals secure network. Similarly, we do not sell or distribute our customer information to anyone for any reason. Your privacy and security are important to us and is completely guaranteed.
